Facebook
Facebook is a social network service founded by Mark Zuckerberg and was launched in February 2004. As from 2006 anyone who is over the age of 13 and has a valid e-mail address can become a user. Facebook allows you to change your personal profile and add your own photos, add other users as friends and send instant and private messages as well as creating and joining interest groups "like pages". To make your facebook account "your own" it allows you to change the privacy setting on your profile and chose who can see what parts of your profile. There are now 500 million users on Facebook today.

Myspace
Myspace is a social network service founded by Tom Anderson and Chris DeWolfe and was launched in 2003. By 2006 54,000,000 people had created an account on Myspace. When you join Myspcae you will have your own personal profile and this allows you to change your personal picture, add photo albums and join different groups. You can add and search your freinds on Facebook if they have a Myspcae account, you also have the choicew to "accept" or "decline" your friends request, and view your friends profiles. This website was created to interact with your friends online. You can aslo send private messages to your friends by clicking the "Send Message" button, or add a comment to your friends posts by clicking on the "Add Comment" link.

Google Apps Technology
Google Apps technology is an an Abbreviation for application. An App is a piece of software that can run on the internet, on your computer or on other electronic devices' such as your mobile phone. When you access google on your computer, you will have a choice of many Apps to access and use. Many of these Apps incluce things such as Calander
,
Mail, Word Processing and Gmail.
